Bucket elevators with two continuous chains connecting the buckets and drive sprockets.
- Acceptable material grain size (mm): 0 – 40
- Recommended speed (m/sec): 0.90 – 1.55
- Acceptable centre-to-centre distance (m): 80
Construction specifications:
- Bucket with either standard capacity according to DIN 15234 specifications or with increased capacity, equipped with suitable attachments and driving pins for connection to the chains.
- Drive sprockets (with replaceable teeth) to drive chains.
- Return wheels with hub and smooth rim.
- High-grade alloy steel continuous chains with long strands connected by couplings.
- Tangential feed inlet on idle station.
- Tangential discharge outlet on drive station.
- Standard tensioning system with contrast springs, pair of threaded bars and adjustment nuts.
- Type of discharge: tangential – centrifugal
